    TRACING

    An email will be sent to you when your order is prepared with the shipping tracking number. 

    Claim for undelivered orders:

    Once we inform you that we have sent your order, if you do not receive it within the periods indicated above, you can contact us and we will immediately file a claim with the carrier.

    EXCHANGE OR RETURNS

    For any management, contact us by email at info@maltesitos.com or by whatsapp at 644710014 explaining your case.

    for returns, the maximum period is 14 days from the time you receive the product, just notify us by email to inform us of what you want to return.

    To proceed with the return, the delivered products must be in good condition. They must be returned in their original packaging without having been used.
    If you wish to return the entire order, all products must be returned, including gifts, if applicable.

    The customer must bear the costs of shipping to the warehouse, except for defects in the product at origin or due to transport. As soon as the returned product arrived at our warehouse and its condition was verified, the full amount of the product would be paid by the same means that it was paid.

    RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

    Instructions corresponding to the right of withdrawal:

    You have the right to cancel your request within a period of 14 calendar days from receipt, without the need for justification.

    Your decision to withdraw from the contract through an unequivocal statement (for example, a letter sent by post, fax or email). You can use the model withdrawal form below, although its use is not mandatory.

    To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that the communication regarding the exercise by you of this right is sent before the corresponding period expires.

    Consequences of withdrawal

    In case of withdrawal on your part, we will refund all payments received from you, excluding shipping costs (with the exception of defects of origin) without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will proceed to make said reimbursement using the same means of payment used by you for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly provided otherwise; in any case, you will not incur any expenses as a result of the reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods, or until you have provided proof of return of the goods, depending on which condition is met first.

    You must return or deliver the goods directly to us, without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which you notify us of your decision to withdraw from the contract. The deadline will be considered met if you return the goods before the deadline has expired.

    You must bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
